Nola Nights: 2024 Redbird Ranch Annual Meeting Recap

We extend our warmest gratitude to all residents who braved the chillier weather to join us for our Nola Nights themed 2024 Annual Meeting here at Redbird Ranch. Your presence truly made the evening a memorable one.
We achieved a quorum in excess of the 10% threshold at 13.22%, showcasing the strong engagement and commitment of our community.
During the meeting, we took a moment to reflect on the successes of 2023:
  • The ACC committee grew with two additional members to better serve the community. We also established a new ACC process for online applications, streamlining the approval process for residents.
  • The HOA team expanded to include a Community Standards Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Maintenance Assistant, enhancing our ability to serve and support the community.
  • We made significant enhancements to the onsite resident experience, including the successful hosting of two community bulky-item drop-off days and one shred day.
As the community grew, we acquired ownership of additional common areas, ensuring that our shared spaces continue to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Looking ahead to 2024, we've outlined several key goals:
  • Eliminate processes that create friction points, ensuring a smoother experience for all residents.
  • Enhance the resident experience through various initiatives, including the reintroduction of a mapped trail system and the implementation of a Lawn of the Quarter initiative.
  • Work towards lower assessment collections and delinquencies, fostering financial stability within our community.
  • Introduce new initiatives such as RBR Positive Perspectives Postcards to enhance the community standards initiatives.
  • A Key Fob reset to better track amenity usage.
  • Prepare for the 2025 CAI nominations and recognize outstanding community members through awards such as Community and Volunteer of the Year and the Spirit Award.

2024 Board Election Results: We're excited to announce the results of the Board of Directors Election. Anthony Curtis and Dr. David La Pointe have been appointed to serve on the Redbird Ranch Board of Directors. We extend our congratulations to Mr. Curtis and Dr. La Pointe and express our gratitude to all candidates who participated in the election process.
We received insightful queries and compliments, and we're delighted to share that we've compiled a PDF document containing these questions along with their corresponding answers.
Once again, thank you to everyone who attended the 2024 Annual Meeting. We look forward to seeing you around the community!
