Amenity Access & Key Fobs

Beginning Tuesday, February 11th, 2025, we will be switching to a brand-new key fob system for accessing our community amenities. Our current system can no longer accommodate the growing number of fobs in circulation, and with the continued expansion of our community, we are excited to introduce this upgraded system. The new system will provide easier access, accommodate more residents, and offer additional access options to better serve our community.

 

 

• All current key fobs will be deactivated on February 11th: To ensure seamless access, we will have staff available on-site to issue new fobs during both regular and after-hours. After-hours availability can be viewed on the linked calendar below.
• New Access via Mobile App: We're excited to announce that the new system allows access through a mobile app! While physical key fobs won’t be available until Monday, app codes can be issued starting today
• Exchange Your Old Fobs: Each household can exchange their current fobs for new ones free of charge (one replacement per existing fob).
• Additional Fobs or App Access Devices: Additional key fobs or mobile devices for app access are available for $15 each. Payments can be made via check or money order payable to Redbird Ranch HOA and must be processed at the HOA office.

 

 

1. Complete the Amenity Access Form linked below OR contact the HOA with your phone number and email address (one per household).
2. Provide proof of residency (e.g., Closing Disclosure, Utility Bill with RBR Address, Lease Agreement, or ID with RBR Address).
3. Show valid ID that matches the name on your proof of residency document.
4. Your information will be added to our new system and you'll be sent instructions via email for downloading the app. Be sure to open this email on your mobile phone.
5. To purchase app access for additional devices, each device will cost $15 and must be processed in the HOA office. Payment can be made via check or money order made payable to Redbird Ranch HOA.

 

1. Visit the HOA office during business hours or during the after-hours times listed in the calendar below.
2. Provide proof of residency (e.g., Closing Disclosure, Utility Bill with Address, Lease Agreement, or ID with Redbird Address).
3. Show valid ID matching the name on the proof of residency document.
4. Turn in all existing key fobs to be exchanged for new ones (free of charge for each fob currently in possession).
5. To purchase additional key fobs, they are $15 each. Payment can be made via check or money order made payable to Redbird Ranch HOA.

 

 

Existing homeowners who currently have key fobs issued to them can complete the Amenity Access Form to receive either ONE physical key fob (pre-programmed for pickup) or one access code for the ProdaKey app. If you prefer app access, complete the form and upload the required documents virtually, and we will send you one access code without the need to visit the office.
