Amenity Access & Key Fobs
Amenity Access Information:
Our community uses an updated key fob and mobile app system for accessing amenities. This system is designed to accommodate our growing community, provide easier access, and offer flexible options for residents.
Key Changes You Need to Know:
- Access Options Available: Residents may choose between a physical key fob or mobile app access.
- Exchange Your Old Fobs: Each household can exchange existing fobs for new ones free of charge (one replacement per existing fob).
- Additional Fobs or App Access Devices: Additional key fobs or mobile devices for app access are available for $15 each. Payments can be made via check or money order payable to Redbird Ranch HOA and must be processed at the HOA office or completed online through the "Residents" tab under “Clubhouse, Fob, and Event Payments.”
To Get ProdaKey App Access:
- Complete the Amenity Access Form linked below OR contact the HOA with your phone number and email address (one per household).
- Provide proof of residency (e.g., Closing Disclosure, Utility Bill with RBR Address, Lease Agreement, or ID with RBR Address).
- Present a valid ID that matches the name on your proof of residency document.
- Once submitted, you will receive instructions via email to download and access the app (please open this email on your mobile device).
To Get a Physical Key Fob:
- Visit the HOA office during business hours
- Provide proof of residency (e.g., Closing Disclosure, Utility Bill with Address, Lease Agreement, or ID with Redbird Address).
- Present a valid ID matching the name on the proof of residency document.
- Turn in all existing key fobs to receive replacements (one-for-one exchange at no cost).
Amenity Access Form:
Existing homeowners may complete the Amenity Access Form to receive either:
- One physical key fob (pre-programmed for pickup), or
- One mobile app access code
