  • The ACC Application is used for any exterior modification requests you would like to make to your home. The ACC Application will ask what type of project you will be doing, what materials will be used, etc. For all Redbird Ranch projects, no matter if you will be adding a shed, above-ground pool, slab extensions, building a deck, adding solar panels, or even removing items, you will need a copy of your Land Survey or Plot Map that is located in your closing paperwork. It is a diagram of your property. On that form, you will just mark where your project will be at its completion.
