How can I become a vendor, food truck, or sponsor for a community event?
- You can reach out to the Redbird Ranch Lifestyle Director by clicking here. Please provide a detailed email of your services, contact information, and how you would like to partner with the Redbird Ranch HOA.
How do I pick up my access key for the Redbird Ranch Amenities?
- Feel free to swing by the onsite Redbird Ranch HOA office at 306 Bluebird Song, with your closing disclosure or lease agreement, and your identification (ID) card. If you purchased your home, your first access key would be free. If you are leasing your home and the previous tenants or owner did not leave you with an access key, then a replacement key will be $15.00 with a check or money order made out to "Redbird Ranch SATX". all Replacement access keys will be $15.00 paid by check or money order.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with my home construction/warranty issue?
- If you have an issue with your home construction, it is best to email the DR Horton Warranty Department at sawarranty@drhorton.com. Warranty and construction concerns are handled by DR Horton and not the Redbird Ranch Community Owners Association.
