Beth is a Texas State graduate (Go Bobcats!) with a degree in Theatre Directing. She loves to be in front of people and work with them to achieve their goals. Beth has been a manager for the last 15 years, from Restaurant management to Community management. While not working, she loves theatre and art, eating cheese, playing board games, drinking gallons of iced tea, and crafting with her Cricut.
As the Community Manager, Beth's goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Beth won Onsite Community Manager of the Year in 2024, led her community, Steele Creek, in 2023 to the Medium-Sized Community of the Year in San Antonio, and helped Redbird Ranch get their first community award for Community Spirit with the help of our amazing lifestyle team and vibrant community. She aims to work with everyone to find a standard solution and make Redbird Ranch an awesome place to live! Her primary responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, the Board of Directors, and vendors.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure amenities, common areas, and facilities are safe, maintained, and welcoming.
- Manage vendor contracts and monitor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support and advise the Board in governance, policy, and decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and long-term reserve planning.
- Coordinate and promote community events and lifestyle programming to encourage engagement and connection.
- Ensure compliance with community standards and governing documents while balancing fairness and empathy.
- Communicate important updates and information clearly to residents through newsletters, emails, and meetings.
- Lead staff and volunteers in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Plan and oversee capital improvement projects to enhance property value and resident experience.
- Promote a sense of community, safety, and pride in the neighborhood.
Karla Aguilar has been part of CCMC’s Lifestyle Department for the past five years, where she’s had the joy of creating memorable events and building lasting connections. She’s brought her energy and creativity to Hill Country Retreat, Homestead, and Hidden Trails—and now she’s thrilled to bring that same passion to Redbird Ranch! Born and raised in Texas, Karla graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in sociology and history. She can’t wait to dive in, meet the residents, and continue building a vibrant, engaging lifestyle program for the community. Her Primary Responsibilities are:
- Plan and host community events and activities for all ages.
- Create seasonal event calendars and traditions that bring neighbors together.
- Manage communications through newsletters, emails, and social media.
- Welcome new residents and connect them to community life.
- Support amenity use, reservations, and lifestyle programming.
- Help residents set up Homeowner Run clubs and groups.
- Partner with vendors, sponsors, and local businesses for events.
- Oversee lifestyle budget, contracts, and event logistics.
- Encourage resident involvement through clubs, committees, and feedback.
- Coordinate, volunteer, and charitable opportunities.
- Foster a vibrant, connected, and inclusive community culture.
A native of San Antonio, Hallie joined our team in February of 2023. Hallie's leadership and customer service background makes her an excellent fit for the Community Assistant Manager role. Hallie loves spending time with her family and loves dogs!
As Assistant Community Manager, Hallie brings a strong foundation in HOA management with hands-on experience in community standards, homeowner relations, and daily operations that support a well-run community. She is passionate about working closely with the residents of Redbird Ranch to help maintain the beauty of the neighborhood, bringing a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a genuine love for community! Her primary responsibilities are:

Sharwana Garcia
Lifestyle Associate
Sharwana Garcia (Shar) is a Sacramento native with a passion for building connections and creating vibrant experiences. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and now brings her enthusiasm for community engagement to her role as a Lifestyle Associate.
With a deep love for performing arts, food, culture, animals, fitness, and health & wellness, Shar is dedicated to crafting immersive and exciting experiences. As a professional dancer, she’s ready to bring energy and rhythm to CCMC, ensuring every event is filled with fun and connection. Shar’s goal is to bring people together, inspire joy, and contribute to the ongoing success of a thriving, engaged community.
In her role, she focuses on:

Melanie Garcia
Administrative Assistant
Melanie Garcia, a native of sunny Los Angeles, California, brings her passion for customer service to her role as an Administrative Assistant. She's all about making life easier and building connections, which is why she's pumped to join the Redbird Ranch family and dive into new adventures! With her vibrant spirit and dedication to creating positive change, Melanie is ready to bring her unique talents to Redbird Ranch and make a lasting impact in the community.
As the Administrative Assistant, Melanie's role is to provide world-class customer service while creating a synergetic bond between the community and the association for families to connect and grow relationships.

Eliezer Colon
Maintenance and Janitorial Associate
Eliezer Colón Valentín, originally from Puerto Rico, is a dedicated individual with diverse leadership, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills. At 33, he brings significant experience and adaptability to his position at CCMC Red Bird Ranch.
He graduated from vocational school with a degree in Practical Nursing, which provided him with a solid foundation in responsibility, caring, and service. Eliezer is also a man of faith and serves as a youth leader at his church, where he enjoys guiding and supporting others. Outside of work, he values spending time with his family and enjoying recreational activities.

- Perform preventative tasks to keep equipment and structures in good shape.
- Respond quickly to repair requests and fix any safety hazards.

Raised in San Antonio, Kennedie joined our team as the Community Standards Coordinator with a strong background in customer service. She graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Her customer service experience allows her to effectively communicate with homeowners and assist residents while helping maintain community standards. Kennedie is passionate about providing positive experiences for residents and supporting the success of the community.
