About Clubhouse Rental Payments
This section allows residents to submit payment for their clubhouse rental. Payment ensures that your reservation request is reviewed and processed by the Redbird Ranch Lifestyle Team. Please note that payment alone does not finalize your reservation — both the payment and the completed rental agreement must be received for your booking to be officially confirmed.

Once your payment is submitted, a team member will review your transaction and notify you when your reservation is finalized. If a payment is cancelled or incomplete, your reservation will remain unconfirmed, and you will need to resubmit payment to secure your date.
Payments cover the use of the clubhouse for your scheduled event. Residents are responsible for submitting accurate information and following the community’s rental guidelines.
