Think you know the haunted history of San Antonio? Prepare to see downtown in a whole new way!
We’re taking residents on a bus trip to Downtown San Antonio for an exclusive private ghost tour with RJA Ghost Tours. Guided by certified paranormal investigators, we’ll explore some of downtown’s most haunted historical sites while uncovering the history, legends, unexplained encounters, and spooky secrets hidden within them.
This isn’t your typical history tour. Get ready for an evening filled with San Antonio history, haunted stories, and paranormal intrigue as we walk through the places where some of the city’s most chilling tales took place.

Transportation & Arrival
The charter bus will pick up registered residents at Hollimon Park at 7:00 PM. We anticipate arriving at the Crockett Hotel around 8:15 PM.
Meet Your Paranormal Investigator | 8:30–9:00 PM
Before the tour begins, you’ll have an opportunity to meet your paranormal investigator, learn about and check out some of the tools and equipment used during investigations, and grab a drink (21+) before the evening gets spooky!
Ghost Tour | 9:00–11:00 PM
The tour will begin promptly at 9:00 PM and is expected to conclude around 11:00 PM.
Important: This is a WALKING TOUR!
Residents will visit 8 different locations throughout the tour, so be prepared to walk. We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather.
Return Transportation
Don't worry about finding your way back! The charter bus will pick the group up at the final tour location and transport everyone back to Hollimon Park.
Before You Purchase Your Ticket
This experience involves significant walking and spooky stories, locations, and paranormal experiences. If you have difficulty walking for extended periods or become easily frightened, this event may not be the best fit for you.
Please plan accordingly so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable evening!
Please Note: Residents must be in good standing with the Association in order to purchase tickets and attend this event.
