The early bird gets the iced latte! In honor of International Coffee Day, the Association is bringing the coffee to the park and treating our residents to a morning pick-me-up!

 

The first 75 Redbird Ranch residents to attend will receive ONE FREE coffee drink! Residents can choose any coffee item (excludes matcha or dirty soda items) from Koffee with a Kay’s menu. To claim your complimentary drink, residents must be present in person, and it is limited to one free drink per resident. Once the first 75 complimentary drinks have been claimed, any additional purchases will receive 10% off for Redbird Ranch residents! 

 

Grab your neighbors, bring your favorite coffee buddy, and come celebrate International Coffee Day with us! Because the early bird gets the coffee!

Mark your calendars for our Annual Fall Community Garage Sale!

 

There’s no better time for a little fall cleansing! Take this opportunity to clear out those closets, organize the garage, and finally let go of the items that have been taking up space. Not only can you declutter your home, but you can also make a little extra cash while giving your gently used items a second life!

 

Residents can register their home as a participating garage sale location using the link below. All registered homes will be added to a community garage sale map that will be distributed outside of Redbird Ranch to help bring additional shoppers into the community.

 

So, start those closets, clear out that garage, price those treasures, and get ready to sell, save, and cleanse your space this fall!

National Night Out is about more than just a night of fun. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships between residents and the first responders who serve our community.
For our first responders, it’s also a chance to meet the families and residents they serve and learn more about the community they help protect. Strong relationships and open communication between residents and first responders help create a more connected and engaged community.

The Marketplace Diaries Night Market is coming to Redbird Ranch on October 10th, and we’re looking for our amazing resident-owned businesses, creators, makers, artists, bakers, and entrepreneurs to join us for a night inspired by The Vampire Diaries!
This is your chance to showcase your products, connect with hundreds of neighbors, and set up shop in a market filled with mystery, magic, and a little bit of vampire drama! Whether you’re selling handcrafted goods, boutique finds, sweet treats, custom creations, spooky treasures, or unique services, we want to see what you bring to the night!

This year, we’re traveling THROUGH TIME!  Choose your favorite character, decade, historical era, or time period and bring it to life! Whether you want to transform your vehicle into a prehistoric adventure, step into the Wild West, travel to the future, recreate your favorite movie or TV character, or take us back to your favorite decade, the possibilities are endless!

 

RESIDENT PARTICIPATION IS WHAT MAKES TRUNK OR TREAT POSSIBLE!

 

Think your trunk has what it takes to steal the show? Go all out and show us what you’ve got!

 

Decorate your trunk with your most creative, spooky, silly, or spectacular theme for a chance to be crowned the Best Decorated Trunk!
