-A Classic Christmas – Traditional, timeless, and full of holiday charm

-Most Whimsical – Fun, playful, and delightfully over-the-top

-Best Themed – A cohesive concept brought to life through décor and creativity

-Winter White Wonderland – Elegant, icy, and beautifully bright.

 

Whether you prefer classic red and green or a sparkling winter glow, we can’t wait to see your home shine. Join the fun, spread cheer, and help make the season bright!

 

House entries will begin on December 1st and end on December 19th. Voting will begin on December 19th to December 26th. Winners will be announced on December 29th.

 

Get into the holiday spirit at Cookie Craze, a festive, family-friendly event where residents can unleash their creativity and decorate their very own Christmas cookies! We’ll provide all the sweet supplies—icing, sprinkles, toppings, and freshly baked cookies—so you can design the perfect holiday treat.

 

Whether you’re crafting a masterpiece or simply enjoying a sugary snack, this delightful activity is sure to add some extra cheer to your season. Come decorate, enjoy, and make sweet memories with us!

Time: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm

Location: Poolside Clubhouse

Little dancers are invited to twirl, leap, and sparkle at our Sugar Plum Fairy Ballet Class, designed especially for toddlers! This enchanting experience includes an introductory ballet lesson led by a professional instructor, perfect for young movers who want to explore the magic of dance.

 

After class, families will enjoy a special photo op opportunity, capturing the sweetness of the moment and the joy of the holiday season. To ensure a cozy and engaging experience for all, we will offer two class sessions, 11am-12:30 pm and 1:00-2:30 pm, and residents may sign up for the time that works best for them. Let your little one step into a world of wonder and dance!

We expect them to run from 5:00–5:30 PM to 8:30–9:30 PM. All times listed on their website are approximate and may vary depending on the day's schedule or unforeseen circumstances.

 

You can follow Santa’s journey using the Santa Tracker, which goes live around 5:00 PM. Please note that the route order is flexible and may change, so we encourage residents to check the tracker regularly and share updates with their neighbors!

Get ready to ring in the season at Jingle Jam, our biggest holiday celebration of the year!

 

Enjoy magical horse-drawn carriage rides, glide across our festive ice-skating rink (participants must be over 4 feet tall), and dance along as our live DJ spins all your favorite holiday tunes. Santa and his cheerful elves will be making a special appearance, and our faux snow machine will turn the event into a winter wonderland. Guests can explore delicious food trucks, shop from local artisan vendors, write heartfelt Letters to Santa, and stop by our Reindeer Feed Station for a fun, hands-on activity. And when you need to warm up, cozy Warming Stations will be available throughout the event.
