It appears that a Valentine's event unlike any other is about to sweep through our fair neighborhood. You are cordially invited to the High Society Ball, set to take place on February 8th from 6 to 8 pm.

On this enchanting evening, guests will be greeted by a string quartet, indulge in drinks at the 21+ bar, and pose for pictures fit for royalty. The Queen herself will make a special appearance, and Her Majesty may even crown one lucky guest as The Diamond of the Season.

With Regency Era dancing lessons and the promise of elegance at every turn, this is the event of the year for those with the finest taste.

The 2025 San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo is right around the corner, and we have the details for a fun night out on the town! Redbird Ranch residents can purchase a special ticket for $55.00 to enjoy a shuttle ride from the community to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, admission to the rodeo grounds, and the Turnpike Troubadours concert on February 15th!

 

Great news - tickets can now be purchased online through Eventbrite! Eventbrite processing fees apply. Tickets can also be purchased with a check or money order made out to 'Redbird Ranch HOA" in the HOA office (no additional processing fee).

 

This event is recommended for adults ages 21 years and up, but is not limited to. If you are interested in family packages or other special rates, please contact fellow Redbird Ranch neighbor Melissa at 210-387-8081.

The CCMC onsite HOA Team is excited to invite you to the 2025 Annual Meeting taking place at Hollimon Park on:

Registration will begin at 5:15 PM, and the meeting will start promptly at 6:30 PM.

During the meeting, we’ll discuss important updates for the community and announce the results of the Board of Directors election. Please see the enclosed agenda for additional meeting details. Candidate bios are now QR codes—simply scan them to access each candidate's profile. We look forward to seeing you there!

We are also conducting electronic voting this year using a third-party representative. This method is a safe, efficient way to increase participation while saving time and money.

 

Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation to vote from the community voting site. Please ensure you add this email address, redbirdranchhoa@ivotehoa.com, to your safe sender list or address book so you can participate in the election.

The election will officially open on February 4th, 2025, and you should receive the email invitation by that date. If we do not have your email address on file, or if you do not receive the email by February 4th, 2025 (or if you require a paper ballot), you can still vote online. Please contact the office at 210-455-5252 or visit the web address below and click "Contact Us" to request your voting code. Also, be sure to check your junk or spam folder for the email.

Voting online is quick and easy! Just follow these three steps:

Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site (or go to the voting site and enter your code).
Register for the vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password.
Make your choices on the ballot and submit.

 

Once your vote is complete, you will receive both an on-screen confirmation and an email confirming your vote has been recorded. The entire process takes only a few minutes—less time than it did to read these instructions! We encourage all residents to participate in the voting process.
