Calling all tiny toddlers and their grown-ups! Join us for Tiny Tales and Crafts, a sweet and engaging morning designed especially for our littlest residents.

 

We’ll start with a popular story time book reading, followed by a fun, hands-on craft perfect for tiny fingers and big imaginations. While the kids enjoy the fun, parents can swing by our coffee bar, because little ones shouldn’t have all the fun!
This is the perfect opportunity for toddlers to enjoy storytime and creativity while parents relax, connect, and bond with other parents in the neighborhood in a welcoming, laid-back setting. For everyone’s safety, parents must remain with their child at all times.

 

Come make memories, sip some coffee, and enjoy a morning full of tiny tales, crafts, and community connection. We can’t wait to see you there! 

 

 

 

Join us for the Safety Stride Fun Run at Hollimon Park for an evening of fitness, fun, and community connection!

 

Residents of all ages are invited to participate in a 1K, 5K, or 10K route around the park while enjoying an exciting community atmosphere. The resident with the fastest time in each category will win a prize! This will operate based on the honor system when residents submit their final time.

 

Kids and families can cool off and have a blast with a Foam Fire Truck experience full of bubbly fun!

 

We’re also welcoming our local first responders for a special meet-and-greet, giving residents the opportunity to connect with the people who help keep our community safe every day.

 

Whether you’re running, walking, cheering on your neighbors, or simply coming out to enjoy the evening, there’s something for everyone. Lace up your sneakers, bring the family, and join us for a night of movement, safety awareness, and community spirit!

We’re inviting friends from around the neighborhood to come hang out, make memories, and enjoy a fun-filled evening packed with laughter, music, and interactive activities designed for besties of all ages.

Throughout the evening, besties can team up for exciting friendship-themed activities, including:

- Bestie Trivia Challenge – Test how well you know each other with fun and silly friendship questions. - Friendship Bracelet Bar – Create matching bracelets and custom accessories to remember the night. - Y2K Bestie Photo Op – Strike a pose at our themed photo station complete with fun props, retro vibes, and picture-perfect backdrops to capture memories with your bestie.

 

Whether you bring your lifelong best friend, sibling, neighbor, or make a new friend along the way, this event is all about good vibes, great company, and unforgettable memories. Come ready to laugh, connect, and vibe with your bestie!

Unwind and treat yourself at Margaritas & Massages at the Poolside Clubhouse! Residents are invited to enjoy a relaxing evening designed to help you recharge, connect with neighbors, and kick back poolside.

 

Residents can sign up for a complimentary 10-minute massage session with one of our five on-site massage therapists. Sign-ups will be available at the event and will operate on a first come, first-served basis, so be sure to arrive early to reserve your spot.

Before or after your massage, sip a refreshing margarita, lounge by the pool, and cool off with delicious popsicles in a laid-back summer atmosphere. Whether you’re coming to relax, socialize, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening, this is the perfect opportunity to slow down and treat yourself.

We are excited to announce that vendor applications are officially open for the Bluehouse Brick Night Market!

 

Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with shopping, community vibes, and live jazz music under the night sky.
This unique market experience will feature a live jazz band setting the tone for a relaxing and vibrant evening while residents explore a variety of local vendors, handmade goods, boutique items, treats, art, and more.

 

We're looking for vendors to join this special event and showcase their products to the community.

 

Vendor spaces are limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of one of our most exciting community nights of the season!

 

Get ready for a star-spangled day packed with family fun, patriotic spirit, and unforgettable memories! Join us as we kick off our Founding Fathers Fest with activities at the Poolside Clubhouse and Hollimon Park. Bring your family, friends, and patriotic pride as we celebrate together!

 

11:00 AM – Golf Cart & Bike Parade Decorate your golf carts, bicycles, wagons, and scooters in red, white, and blue and join us for our festive community parade!

Parade begins at 11:00 AM at Hollimon Park Follow a guided route through the main streets of Redbird Ranch Show off your patriotic creativity and community spirit!

 

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | CARDBOARD BOAT RACES! After the parade, get ready to cheer, laugh, and maybe witness a few epic sinkings at our 4th Annual Founding Fathers Cardboard Boat Race!

 

Teams will put their creativity (and waterproofing skills) to the test as they race across the pool in boats made entirely of cardboard and duct tape. Will they sail smoothly to victory or go down in a blaze of soggy glory?

 

1st place - $300

2nd place - $200

3rd place - $100
